Haymarket Surgery Center is seeking a FT Certified Surgical Tech to join its surgical team. The role involves scrubbing for procedures, maintaining sterile fields, and preparing instruments and supplies for a variety of surgeries including ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and more.

Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED, surgical technician training, and state certification as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent experience.
• State and/or center certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and functions as a member of the surgical team.
• Maintains a sterile field during procedures and prepares supplies and equipment.
• Supports quality improvement activities and collaborates with physicians and staff.
