• CSFA certification is required.
• Current BLS within 7 days of hire.
• One+ year as Surgical Scrub Technician with CSFA.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and instrumentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced OR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as a First Assist.
• Prepare sterile field and maintain instrumentation.
• Support surgeons and nursing staff during cases.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Document and communicate patient status as needed.
