Job Summary and Qualifications

• (SA) Surgical Assistant must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate / GED.
• (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant, or (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support or CPR obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
