United Surgical Partners International is looking for a Full Time Sterile Processing Technician in Vero Beach, Florida. In this role, you will maintain surgical instrumentation and set up supplies for surgeries at a busy multispecialty ambulatory surgery center. Candidates should be Certified Sterile Processing Technicians with 2-3 years of experience, familiar with sterilizers and operating room instrumentation. The position offers medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), and paid holidays.
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician.
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2-3 years of experience as Instrument Room Technician.
Experience with all types of sterilizers.
Should know operating room instrumentation.
Responsibilities
Care for and maintain all surgical instrumentation.
Set up supplies and instruments for surgery cases.
Skills
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-3 years experience as Instrument Room Technician
Experience with all types of sterilizers
Knowledge of operating room instrumentation
Organized in setting up operating room instrument tray
Understanding operation of steam/gravity sterilizer
Understanding Sterrad sterilizers
