Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician for a part-time per diem position in Central Sterile. You will rotate through case carts, cleaning, packaging, sterilizing and stocking instruments and supplies for OR and Endoscopy, under supervision.

The role requires graduation from an accredited sterile processing program, prior processing experience, and certification criteria. Workload supports patient care needs with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated from an accredited Sterile Processing School.
• Minimum three months Sterile Processing experience preferred.
• Minimum one year recent experience in Endoscopy department preferred.
• Sterile Processing Technician Certification

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain supplies, instruments and equipment through cleaning, packaging, sterilization and storage.
• Provide supplies to the OR and Endoscopy via case cart system and to floors as needed.
