Qualifications

• Certification required: CRCST, CST, or CSPDT.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays to ensure sterility and readiness.
• Manage sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records to support patient safety and infection control.
• Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts based on daily schedules and procedure needs.
• Manage inventory and supplies in OR storage and lockers, coordinating with the surgical team to keep operations smooth.
• Respond quickly to instrument requests during surgeries and assist with urgent equipment needs.
