Qualifications

• Certificate program in Sterile Processing or equivalentHC/A training completed within 1 year.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize instruments and supplies.
• Monitor and document sterilization cycles and results.
• Prepare instrument trays and surgical rooms per schedule.
• Handle and dispose of biohazardous materials safely.
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to support efficient surgeries.
