Job summary

BayCare Health System in Bartow is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician to manage decontamination, prep, packaging and sterilization of all instrumentation. You will mentor team members and ensure compliance with decontamination standards.

The role requires CRCST/HSPA/CBSPDT certifications and a High School diploma, with hospital experience preferred. PRN shifts, with variable 2nd shift hours and no remote work, offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
