Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA seeks a CSPT II to join our sterile processing team. A CSPT II demonstrates competency across all duties in the sterile processing department and serves as a resource for colleagues.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, certification as a CSPT (or CET), and at least 12 months as CSPT I or 24 months active CSPT role in an acute care facility with an active SPD.
The CSPT II is a certified sterile processing technician who has a minimum of 12 months experience as a CSPT I or who has been engaged in the active certified sterile processing technician role for at 24 months in an acute care facility with an active sterile processing department prior to being employed at THS. This CSPT demonstrates competency in all aspects of the job requirements for the sterile processing department. The CSPT II will act as a resource for other employees.
