You will lead by example in customer interactions, protect the brand, assist with shift coverage, stock and prepare items, and learn company procedures to ensure timely service and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires certification in specific stations associated with the position.
• Participation in skills development program to achieve station certification.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Notifies management when unable to report to work as scheduled.
• Assists with stock and prep to ensure timely service.
• Learns and applies locations for stored items and inventory.
• Performs sanitation and cleaning per procedures.
