Job summary

La Mesa RV is a family-owned dealership hiring a Certified RV Technician for our growing Florida team. The role centers on repairing coach and appliance-related problems in RVs, following dealership and factory standards.

The technician will diagnose malfunctions, communicate with the parts department, road-test when needed, and document all work. Training and supervision opportunities are available in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test.
• RV Certification required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (hazardous waste; OSHA Right-to-Know).

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses cause of malfunction and performs repairs per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Road tests vehicle when required or refers to test technician.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts; returns tools in good condition.
• Documents work performed on the repair order and keeps shop area neat.
