Responsibilities

• Performs repairs as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnoses cause of malfunction.
• Examinies vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts availability and price.
• Saves and tags parts if under warranty or requested by customer.
• Attends manufacturer-sponsored training classes.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
