Job summary

Bretz RV & Marine in Idaho is seeking a Certified RV Technician to diagnose, inspect, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles, including travel trailers, and to maintain gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, generators, appliances, and interior components.

You will discuss repairs with service advisors, plan work with the shop foreman, monitor repair times, keep detailed documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous RV Tech experience required.
• Diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers.
• May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.

Our busy dealership is in need of a Certified RV Technician facility to augment our rapidly growing full-service RV dealership and repair facility. In this role, you will diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Our mission is to change how customers experience RV repairs & maintenance. We run an honest shop and operate with integrity.

Compensation

• $28 to 44 per hour flat rate
• Top earners in our company in this role makeover 100,000 annually

Job Responsibilities

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company.
