HCA Florida Osceola Hospital seeks a Certified Respiratory Therapist to evaluate patients’ respiratory needs and implement care plans following clinical guidelines. You will contribute to a comprehensive respiratory care program within a major teaching hospital near Orlando.

Requirements include FL CRT certification, current BCLS, and ACLS/PALS/NRP within 6 months of starting, plus at least 1 year of clinical experience. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• ACLS, PALS, and Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• PALS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• State-registered CRT in FL required.
• Completion of a two-year AMA-approved respiratory care program or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical respiratory therapy experience preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Evaluates the respiratory needs of patients. Develops and implements the Respiratory Care plan based upon clinical practice guidelines.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support


• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advance Life Support, and Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date


• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date


• (CRT-State) Certified Respiratory Therapist in the state of FL


• Completion of a two year AMA Approved respiratory care program (associates degree or equivalent) or Bachelor degree preferred.


• Minimum one year experience in a clinical respiratory therapy preferred.
