Medical City Alliance, part of HCA Healthcare, invites qualified candidates for a Certified Respiratory Therapist role in Fort Worth, TX. The position involves patient respiratory care, ventilator management, and therapy protocols across inpatient services.

Applicants must be a Texas-licensed RCP with NBRC CRT credentials. New graduates are welcome; BLS, ACLS, PALS, and possibly NRP are required by specified timelines. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Respiratory Program.
• Will accept new graduates.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license with the state of Texas.
• Active CRT credentials by NBRC.
• BLS certification from an HCA approved vendor.
• ACLS within 90 days from an HCA approved vendor.
• PALS within 120 days of hire.
• NRP within 120 days of hire if NICU work.

What qualifications you will need:

Education/Skills:

• Graduate from an Accredited Respiratory Program

Experience:

• Will accept new graduates

Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications:

• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license with the state of Texas.
• Active CRT credentials by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire from an HCA approved vendor.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days from an HCA approved vendor.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 120 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 120 days of hire if working in NICU.
