Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a Staff Appraiser in Maine to deliver accurate residential property valuations across traditional, hybrid, or desktop formats. You will follow USPAP and state laws while handling data collection, verification, and analysis with a collaborative team.

The role requires at least 3 years of residential experience, an in-good-standing Certified Residential or General Appraiser license, and FHA appraisal eligibility is preferred. Remote/in-office options supported.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
