***Seeking Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers located within the Duluth, MN area***

What You'll Do

1. Conduct unbiased and impartial valuation of residential real estate, analyzing market and property data, and completing appraisal reports according to USPAP, government, company, regulatory, and client guidelines.
2. Inspect residential properties of all types, documenting on-site data with photographs, measurements, sketches, diagrams, and notes.
3. Consider all factors influencing property value, including legal characteristics, highest and best use, market conditions, location, design, quality, age, condition, size, and physical attributes.
4. Proficient in sales comparison, cost, and income approaches to value.
5. Proficient with local MLS and real estate data sources.
6. Experienced with major form types (1004, 2055, 1073, 1075, 1025, Review Forms, etc.).
7. Collaborate with Senior Appraisers and Helpdesk to ensure quality and process improvements.
8. Participate in monthly appraiser meetings.
9. Meet department turnaround time expectations and escalate issues proactively.

8. Active Appraiser Certification as per state regulations.
9. No disciplinary actions in the past +/-10 years.
10. Valid Driver's License.
