Job summary

Banks Valuation, a growing appraisal firm led by experienced appraisers, is hiring Licensed/Certified Appraisers in Boston, Cambridge, Worcester, Springfield, Quincy, Brockton, Fall River, New Bedford, Cape Cod, and Amherst/Northampton. Every appraiser starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for their first 90 days.

After 90 days, strong performers may move to salaried W-2 roles with bonuses and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser License required.
