Job summary

Banks Valuation is seeking licensed appraisers in Nevada markets including Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, Sparks and Carson City to perform residential valuations.

Initially, you’ll join as a 1099 independent contractor with per-report pay for 90 days, then transition to a salaried W-2 role with bonuses and health benefits for high-volume performers. You’ll work independently while collaborating with our valuation team.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser License is required.

• Ability to work independently while remaining open to feedback and process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with appraisal software and market research tools.
