Job summary

Banks Valuation is seeking Licensed/Certified Residential Appraisers in Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, Sparks and Carson City to join our growing team. The role starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for the first 90 days, with potential move to salaried W-2 staff in high-volume markets.

You will complete credible valuations, stay compliant, use our appraisal software and research tools, and collaborate with a team that supports growth, training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser license required.
