• Active Certified Residential Appraiser

• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
• Ability to complete physical property inspections
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production

Responsibilities

• Perform residential property inspections and data collection
• Prepare appraisal reports using Velox Valuations’ technology
• Coordinate with clients and borrowers to gather information
• Ensure compliance with USPAP and industry standards
• Meet monthly production targets and quality expectations
