Velox Valuations Las Vegas is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its dedicated team in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll provide top-notch residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ advanced technology and set your own schedules and production goals.

As part of the Velox Valuations franchise system you’ll receive one-on-one support, training, and a flexible, independent work arrangement with bi-weekly pay and monthly incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser
• Geographic competency in real estate trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client needs
• Ability to complete physical property inspections
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions
• Meet/exceed monthly production minimum
