Velox Valuations Western New York is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join our team. You will provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations technology while enjoying flexible scheduling, choice of assignments, and self-defined production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser with current license.
• Ability to adapt to modern collaborative valuations.
• Self-starter with high energy and time management.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Geographic competency in Buffalo real estate trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs.
• Ability to complete physical property inspections.
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions.
• Meet or exceed monthly production targets.

Responsibilities
