• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology.
• Complete physical property inspections and prepare reports.
• Set schedules, choose assignments, and manage your production goals.
• Maintain client relationships and meet monthly minimum production.
