Velox Valuations Houston, an independent franchisee of Velox Valuations, is hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to cover the greater Austin area. You will provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations' advanced technology, while maintaining freedom and flexibility you already have.

Qualifications

• Active, valid Certified Residential Appraiser license.
• Ability to complete residential appraisals with accuracy and timeliness.
• Geographic competency in Texas real estate trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations' technology.
• Complete physical property inspections as required.
• Meet monthly minimum production and client deadlines.
• Maintain communication with clients and file submissions.
