Henry Ford Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team at West Bloomfield, MI. This full-time role offers a 40k sign-on bonus and a collaborative, high-volume environment within a Level 3 trauma center.

Responsibilities include pre‑anesthesia assessments, administering general, regional, or MAC anesthesia, perioperative care, and thorough documentation. Must hold NBCRNA certification and an active RN license.

Qualifications

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Work-Life:

• HFWB is a level 3 trauma center with 15 OR's providing the following services: Thoracic, Vascular, Neurosurgery, General, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Bariatric, Plastic Surgery, Colo-Rectal, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Pediatrics of all ages. We provide anesthesia services in 3 Endoscopy suites, MRI, EP, TEE, DCCV, CT, OB, and Bronchoscopy.
• 1-2 call shifts per 6-week schedule, minimal midnight shifts (average 2/year), 5-6

Shifts available: 8, 10, 12, 16, 24 hour shifts

3-4 midnight shifts per year

6-7 weekend shifts per year

1-2 call shifts per 6 week schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other health care providers.
