Henry Ford Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for its West Bloomfield surgical services. The CRNA will administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia, conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, and provide postoperative pain management in a busy academic health system.

Responsibilities include airway management, intraoperative monitoring, and collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia colleagues.

Qualifications

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Work-Life:

• HFWB is a level 3 trauma center with 15 OR's providing the following services: Thoracic, Vascular, Neurosurgery, General, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Bariatric, Plastic Surgery, Colo-Rectal, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Pediatrics of all ages. We provide anesthesia services in 3 Endoscopy suites, MRI, EP, TEE, DCCV, CT, OB, and Bronchoscopy.
• 1-2 call shifts per 6-week schedule, minimal midnight shifts (average 2/year), 5-6
• Shifts available: 8, 10, 12, 16, 24 hour shifts 3-4 midnight shifts per year 6-7 weekend shifts per year 1-2 call shifts per 6 week schedule
