Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Master's in Nursing and CRNA certification or eligibility.
• Comprehensive knowledge of anesthesia procedures, equipment, and patient safety protocols.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to clinical emergencies and interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Administers anesthesia, selects appropriate drugs, and manages emergency treatments.
• Induces and maintains anesthesia, monitoring patient status and adjusting medications as needed.
• Communicates patient condition to surgical team and interprets hemodynamic data.
• Performs thorough preoperative assessments and ensures patient safety during procedures.
• Prepares the operating room, checks equipment, and coordinates with staff to ensure a safe environment.
• Responds to emergencies, maintains airway management, and charts accurately in EMR.
• Provides anesthesia support across assigned areas and mentors peers, staff, and students.
