Henry Ford Health is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia care team. The CRNA will administer IV, inhalation, and regional anesthesia for surgeries, obstetrics, and other procedures, while providing airway management as needed.

The department supports a team approach with over 50 CRNAs and 15 senior staff physicians, offering flexible 8, 10, 12, or 16 hour shifts and anesthesia services across multiple sites including OB, Cath Lab, and off-site

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Ability to collaborate with anesthesiologists and other providers.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care with surgeons and teams.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications.

Description du poste

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Work-Life:

• The Department of Anesthesiology has over 50 CRNAs and 15 Senior Staff Physicians. We offer a

team approach atmosphere. CRNA practice is open to general, regional and invasive line placement opportunities.

• HFG is a level 2 trauma center with 23 OR’s providing the following services: Cardiac, Thoracic, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, General, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Pediatrics.
• We provide anesthesia services off-site in Endoscopy suites, Cath Lab, Radiology (Cat Scan, MRI) and OB.
• Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, 16 hour shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
