Henry Ford Rochester Hospital, part of Henry Ford Health, is seeking a skilled CRNA to join the anesthesia care team. The CRNA will administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgeries and obstetrical deliveries, with responsibilities across age groups and ASA classifications.

We offer on-call, weekend shifts, and a full scope of perioperative services across multiple specialties, including cardiovascular, vascular, and robotics.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.

Job Description

$40,000 Sign on Bonus for new grads and CRNA’s

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Work-Life:

Henry Ford Rochester Hospital has 180 beds, 11 Operating rooms providing the following services: Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neurology, General, ENT (with limited pediatrics), Urology, Orthopedic, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry and Plastic surgery. We cover a full scope of out of department services including Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy and radiology (including CT and MRI).

On Call and Weekend shifts ONCE every 1-2 months. Rotating shifts with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers.

Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.

Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
