Job Description

**$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE**

Join our team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at HealthPartners Same Day Surgery!

Our collaborative Anesthesia Care Team works hard to support each other while still allowing for independence. Our CRNA’s are generalists in practice and have a shared responsibility in running the department. The Nurse Anesthetist provides patient care and support during general, regional or MAC anesthesia and has responsibilities for patient safety while under anesthesia. The CRNA works with the staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide all elements of a safe and beneficial surgical procedure.

Work Schedule:

HealthPartners Same Day Surgery has a variety of FTE options ranging from 0.5 - 1.0 with the ability to find the right schedule mix for staff. There are no nights, weekends, or holidays expected.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from a school of Nursing
• Graduate from a school of Nurse Anesthesia
• Current RN license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current APRN license by Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Certified by NBCRNA

We offer an on-site employee fitness center, an on-site physical therapy clinic for employees as well as an on-site employee clinic to make it more convenient for our staff to get the care they need. We also have a Center for Employee Resilience that provides support and evidence-based practices to bring relief and build resiliency.

Experienced candidates are eligible to receive a sign on bonus of up to $20,000 within the first two paychecks. A two-year commitment is required. Candidates outside of the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area maybe eligible to receiverelocation assistance.
