Position Summary:
This position is in a fast-paced, dynamic, orthopedic same-day surgery center that requires a team-centered individual who is a self-starter, flexible, self-sufficient, adaptable, efficient, and possesses good communication skills. Someone that will contribute to the larger good of the institution and the performance of the entire team in providing and continually developing the best possible care processes for our orthopedic patients.
Sign-on Bonus: $30,000.00 for a two-year commitment, pro-rated to FTE.
Relocation funds available to applicants outside of the Twin Cities 13 county metro area.
Preferred experience: In-patient hospital CRNA (3+ yrs), Same Day Surgery, delivering TIVA anesthetics, proficient IV skills, and excellent staff and patient/family communication skills.
Preferred experience: minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric anesthesia experience (Ages 5 and up). New Graduates encouraged to apply.
Working location TRIA: Woodbury
State licensure as an APRN currently licensed in the state of Minnesota. Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS upon application or completed before starting. Computer keyboarding and electronic documentation skills preferred (EPIC).
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist has the responsibility to administer safe analgesia and anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist or physician. The CRNA will provide resuscitation services throughout the hospital. The CRNA will demonstrate an awareness of the objectives of PNHS and the department and will participate in attaining those goals.
Work Schedule:
