Located in Watertown, WI - Milwaukee 48m. Independent Contractor (1099) opening in an all-CRNA practice with call shared equally. Full-time position covering one hospital only with a 30-minute callback response from home or the hospital-supplied call apartment. Half of the time, post-call days are off (24 days total). Starting salary is $325k with 8 weeks PTO. Malpractice coverage included.
- Experience performing US-guided nerve blocks preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Comfortable working independently, including placing labor epidurals and central lines.
- APNP certification and DEA license required.
- Team-focused, professional, adaptive, with strong communication skills.
- Experience with peripheral nerve blocks is preferred.
