Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements:Monday -Friday; Guaranteed 40 hours per week; Cases start 7:30am, 7:00am or earlier if in PEDs room; 8 hour guarantee but days are going to be longer, very busy surgery center
• Required Cases:Endoscopy, Eyes, Orthopedics, some plastics, Gastrointestinal, Ear Nose Throat, Peds comfortable, proficient providers for ENT and eyes
• EMR:Paper Charting
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent:Care Team
• Credentialing Timeframe:30 - 60 days
• License required or willing to license:Virginia State License required
