• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements:Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts;
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Required Cases:Pediatric/Adolescent/Adult/Geriatric -Orthopedics, Ear Nose Throat, Oral Rehab, Eyes, Spine; CRNAs will not need to do the blocks
• EMR:Paper Charting
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent:Care team-medical direction
• Credentialing Timeframe:48 hours
• License required or willing to license:Texas License Required
