HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs) to join our employed anesthesia team at HCA Memorial Health University Medical Center. Highlights and Qualifications:

1. An anesthesia care team model comprising 16 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists, and 60 CRNA/AAs covering 30 service sites, including surgical and procedural areas such as gastrointestinal diagnostics, labor and delivery, angiography, electrophysiology, and radiology.
2. A diverse case mix, including Trauma, Cardiac, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Gastroenterology, and Pediatrics.
3. Annual surgical volume exceeds 24,000 cases, with over 3,000 OB cases annually.
4. Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available.

• Sign-on bonus of $75,000 with a 3-year commitment or $50,000 with a 2-year commitment.
