Job description

Premier Physician Services is seeking a CRNA to provide locum tenens coverage at a facility located near Sedona, AZ.

Work Details:
• Department Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
• Daily Volume: 50-60 cases per day
• EMR System: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Interview process: Dr. Weiss will interview candidates by phone.
• Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: CRNA • License required: AZ License required to present. • Certifications required: ACLS • Minimum experience required: 1 year required. Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days OT: 1.5 normal rate OT: after 40 hours per week
$200-$220/hr
