• May 23, 2025 7 AM 3 PM
• July 3, 2025 7 AM 3 PM
• July 7-11, 2025 7 AM 3 PM

Daily Volume: 50-60 cases per day
EMR: Cerner & SaAnesthesia
Credentialing: 30 days
Interview: Phone interview

Cath Lab, Ambulatory, & Endo

OR Setup:
11 ORs in the Main Hospital
2 ORs in the Ambulatory Center

Requirements:

Board-Certified CRNA
Active Arizona License (Required to Present)
ACLS Certification
Minimum 1 Year Experience
