Envision Physician Services has a full-time opening for an experienced CRNA at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, located in Sanford, Florida.

Opportunity Details:

• Anesthesia Care team consists of 9 physicians and 14 anesthetists
• Case volume: 5,000 annually; 7 ORs
• Case mix: General, Orthopedic, Trauma; No OB
• $150/hr for any hours worked outside scheduled week
