CRNA Locums Job in Michigan Start As Soon As Credentialed - 6 Months of Coverage Potential to Extend

Assignment Details :
Monday through Friday, 6:30AM-5PM preferred, open to 6:30AM-3PM
No Call
Looking for a provider to start ASAP for expected 6mo of coverage with possibility to extend
70% outpatient 30% inpatient
Cases/Procedures: Endoscopy, General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular, blocks preferred but not needed
AHA BLS, AH ACLS, AHA PALS, and NBCRNA required
Michigan License preferred, but open to considering licensing
Team care model with supervising MDA
Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
Must be able to produce case logs - 75 within 12 months
EMR: EPIC
