Job description

A non-profit community medical center in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their experienced Surgical Services team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Administering anesthesia to surgical patients under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist.
2. Administering drugs and anesthetic agents, and performing life support functions.
3. Assisting with emergency responses as needed.
4. Preparing surgical sites using aseptic techniques.
5. Delivering conscious sedation and providing psychological support to patients.
6. Providing emotional comfort and support to patients and families.
7. Floating to multiple hospitals in the region.
8. Participating in a variety of cases including Robotics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, OB, GYN, and Pediatrics.

The CRNA will join a team of over 40 nurse providers and have the opportunity to live in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, known for its diverse communities, cultural attractions, natural beauty, and outdoor activities.
