Job description

Location: Rochester, MI

Facility:

This 180-bed facility features 11 operating rooms and provides a comprehensive range of services including Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, ENT (limited pediatrics), Urology, Orthopedics, Robotics, Colorectal, Podiatry, and Plastic Surgery. The facility is transitioning to Epic electronic medical records in June 2026 and maintains a Level 3 trauma designation with approximately 80 ER visits annually.

Opportunity: NBCRNA - CRNA

Job Details:

• Hospital-based practice in an 11-OR facility
• Covers out-of-department services: Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT & MRI)
• 8 or 10-hour day shifts available
• Supervision ratio: 1 MDA to 4 CRNAs
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards
• Average of 35 surgical cases per day
• Patient demographic: Minimal pediatrics; mostly adult and geriatric
• Required procedures: General Surgical Cases (Adult), Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
• Additional procedures required: Arterial line insertion, IV insertions, floor intubations
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; PALS desired

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $200 - $250
