Start Date: May 1, 2025, privilege timeframe averages 60 days

Length: 14 weeks, with option to extend

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm, 8 or 10 hour shifts available

Details:

1. Paper charting
2. Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5
3. MDs are supervising CRNAs
4. CRNA to MD ratio: 5 to 1
5. MDs are not doing their own cases
6. Case Types: General, Neuro, Gynecology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology
7. Pre-anesthesia assessment
8. Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
9. Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
10. Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
11. Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
12. Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Credentials:

Active NC license required. Candidates needing to obtain a state license will be considered. Certified or recertified by the AANA.
