Lifestyle Position in Coastal Maryland

Join a regional private practice with 30 years of experience, performing over 61,000 anesthetics annually. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no in-house call, a nominal backup call, and operates within a Care Team Model. The newly acquired 80-bed facility is located just 15 minutes from the beach.

Case Spectrum: Full spectrum except trauma, cardiothoracic, transplant, and ophthalmology. Only healthy pediatrics, with an obstetrics program delivering 600 babies per year. Enjoy a collegial culture, shared vision, and mentorship opportunities, ideal for new graduates. There is also potential to precept SRNAs if interested.

Highlights Include:

• M-F schedule, no in-house call
• 40 hours per week with 8 or 10-hour shifts available
• 1-9 weekday and weekend backup call only, rarely called in (1-2 times per year)
• Shift hours from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with latest out at 7 PM
• Care team ratio of 1:3 to 1:4
• Facilities include 6 ORs, 1 Cysto, and 1 Endo Suite
• Healthy pediatrics only; neuraxial or regional anesthesia not required
• Occasional OB coverage, primarily C-sections
• No airway coverage required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary up to $250,000 DOE
• $20,000 sign-on bonus paid at signing
• Additional income for pager coverage
• 7 weeks off (6 PTO + 1 personal day)
