Qualifications

• Week & Weekends - 10, 12, 16hr shifts
• On-Call required
• General-Main OR 2nd Pager Call
  • Weeknight, Mon - Fri 8hrs , 11p-7a
  • Weekend, Sat/Sun 12hrs , 7p-7a

• 483 beds, 32 ICU beds, 21 ORs, 2 OB Suites
• Trauma Center
• 17 MDs, 48 CRNA FTE Model
• Care Team Model
• EMR: EPIC
• Type of Cases: Neuro, GI, EP, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho
• Collaboration with CRNAs
• Will not work with Residents, No offsite ANES needs, No teaching responsibilities
• Given full scope of practice
• Call Details:
  • Second Call CRNAs from home
  • Call Ratio 1:16

Requirements

• Active Oregon license and DEA
• Active PALS and TB Test, from within one year
• Clean background
• Case Logs: 200 cases and 20 intubations
