Qualifications
- Must hold an active Oregon license and DEA for practice.
- PALS certification and recent TB Test required.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a collaborative environment with CRNAs.
- Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and weeknights.

- Collaboration with CRNAs
- Will not work with Residents, No offsite ANES needs, No teaching responsibilities

- Second Call CRNAs from home
- Call Ratio 1:16
Requirements
- Active Oregon license and DEA
- Active PALS and TB Test, from within one year
- Clean background
- Case Logs: 200 cases and 20 intubations
