Position Details:

• Start Date: 7/14/2025

• Assignment Type: Ongoing (6-month minimum contract)

• Shift Options: 8-hour shifts; minimum 3 shifts/week

• Support: Medically directed care team model (concurrency 1:2.5 1:3)

• EMR: Cerner

• Board Status: NBCRNA certified with PA license
