Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Join to apply for the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) role at Pagosa Springs Medical Center.

Pagosa Springs Medical Center has an opportunity for a CRNA to join our team of two talented professionals.

Responsibilities and Schedule
  • Provide anesthesia services for routine cases (no hearts/neuro); no OB.
  • Schedule includes Monday through Friday shifts for 35 weeks per year, with 24/7 call for 17 weeks.
  • Enjoy 17 weeks off annually with no shifts or call obligations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $220,000 to $250,000, based on experience and skills.
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution: 6% of earnings to a 401a plan, with a matching 6% contribution from PSMC, subject to IRS limits and vesting schedule.
  • Competitive healthcare benefits.
  • Professional liability insurance coverage.
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years anesthesia experience.
  • Experience with ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and ED procedures, including arterial and central line placements.
  • Preferably PICC-line certified (not required).
  • Certified through NBCRNA.
