· Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts available; no call

· Required Cases: General, urology, plastics, radiology, Gastrointestinal focus no trauma, no pediatrics, no Obstetrics

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care team

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· License required or willing to license: To be determined
