Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during procedures, and ensuring optimal pain management in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
● Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed.
● Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans.
● Perform preoperative assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia care.
● Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and patient recovery support.
● Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and medical regulations.
● Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
● Active CRNA certification (NBCRNA) required.
● Master’s or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
● Current RN & APRN license in the state of practice.
● Minimum 2+ years of CRNA experience preferred.
● Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, equipment, and pharmacology.
● Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
