Position Details:
Role: Locum CRNA

Key Responsibilities:
Administer general and regional anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures.
Conduct preoperative assessments and develop personalized anesthesia care plans for patients.
Monitor patients during and after anesthesia administration to ensure safety and comfort.
Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide recovery instructions to patients and families.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to optimize patient care.
Ensure accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and post-anesthesia care.

Qualifications:
Current CRNA licensure in Michigan or the ability to obtain licensure.
Previous CRNA experience in an inpatient or outpatient surgical setting preferred.
Ability to work autonomously while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage emergency situations and adapt quickly to patient needs.
